Siddhya is a Managing Director on the Aksia Legal team with over 17 years of industry experience. She oversees the legal review and negotiation of Aksia discretionary client investments across the pan-alternatives asset class and other legal structuring matters, including as it relates to primary fund investments, co-investments, and secondary investments.

Prior to joining Aksia, Siddhya was an attorney at Seward & Kissel LLP in New York where she provided counsel to investment managers on hedge fund and private equity fund structuring, formation, operations, compliance, regulatory filings, and other matters.

Siddhya received a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago and received a JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to the New York and District of Columbia bars.
