Aksia Community Engagement

Aksia identified and donated to three charities that seek to actively address systemic issues of inequity and injustice in New York, San Diego and London:

New York Cares Aksia’s donation will support their work with less privileged communities in the New York area that have been impacted disproportionately by COVID-19 and are acutely affected by the issues that have given rise to impassioned protests.

Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank Aksia’s donation will be used to sponsor the Blues Festival Telethon to support their Hunger Relief food distribution program. In the wake of COVID-19, their service population has increased from 350,000 per month to 600,000 per month.

Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust Aksia’s donation will support the trust’s work in London and the greater UK tackling racism, discrimination and underrepresentation of disadvantaged communities.
