This October, colleagues from Aksia’s London and Athens offices participated in a sponsored hike challenge to raise money for our charity partner, UP-Unlocking Potential. A team of 57 colleagues scaled the highest points in Athens and the South of England, aiming to collectively reach the height of Kilimanjaro – a goal that was ultimately accomplished more than twice over, with a collective elevation gain of 12,300m.
Through sponsorship funds raised by the challenge, Aksia will continue to support Unlocking Potential’s Schools Programme, a school-based mental health service offering therapeutic
interventions and wellbeing activities to primary and secondary age children in London. In two years supporting the charity, Aksia has raised more than £55,000 for the programme, and we are so grateful to all those who have contributed during our partnership.
