Aksia Hires HSBC’s Simon Garfield for Senior Portfolio Advisor Role

Aksia has hired Simon Garfield from HSBC Alternatives Investments as Senior Portfolio Advisor in its London office. Garfield had been at HSBC for over 12 years, most recently as Global Head of Portfolio Management and Advisory.

Garfield joins Aksia’s growing London office reporting to Oliver Newton, Partner and Head of Portfolios, EMEA, advising Aksia’s European and Middle East clients on manager research and portfolio construction.
